Actually I'm just lying. I have no idea who that is, but I couldn't stop laughing after I came across that picture. If anyone has any idea who he is, please, let me know. Also, when I first saw the picture I thought he had some herb in his mouth. But now that I look at it closer, I'm not so sure that it's not a tampon.
